Brett joined KCM in 2022 and has 28 years of trading experience across multiple products. From 1995-2007 Brett traded equities for several large banks in NY including PaineWebber, JP Morgan, and UBS. From 2007-2014 he worked at CNBS, LLC as Managing Director, Brokerage Services & Trading, where he focused on Agencies, Mortgages, Treasuries and Munis. From 2014-2022 he worked at Waddell & Reed as a Fixed Income Trader, concentrating on the High Yield Bond and Bank Loan markets.
Brett holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY.

Janet joined KCM in 2015 and has 27 years of professional investment experience. From 1997 to 2015, she worked at Fountain Capital Management as a Trader. From 1995 to 1997, Janet worked at Hampshire Asset Management as the Office Manager. From 1987 to 1995, she worked at UMB Bank as an Investment Administrator.
At KCM, Janet heads fixed income trading.
